*🎯 Role Summary*

Looking for a creative + execution-focused professional who can handle end-to-end interior projects. From client concepts to site handover, you'll design, plan, and manage everything.

*🔑 Key Responsibilities*

- *🎨 Design:* Create 2D layouts, 3D models, mood boards & presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max

- *📐 Technical:* Prepare detailed electrical, plumbing, lighting, HVAC & furniture drawings

- *👷 Project Management:* Handle BOQs, vendor coordination, material selection, budget & timeline tracking

- *📍 Site Execution:* Coordinate with contractors/carpenters, conduct site visits, ensure design feasibility

- *🤝 Client Handling:* Present designs, take feedback, revise layouts, get approvals

- *📋 Documentation:* Maintain as-built drawings, progress reports, snag lists & final handover docs

- *💡 Value Addition:* Suggest cost-effective materials, manage changes, resolve on-site issues quickly

*✅ Skills & Requirements*

- Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, MS Office 🖥️

- Knowledge of materials, modular furniture, lighting & MEP services

- Good project planning & multi-site handling skills 📊

- Strong communication & client management 🤝
