Interior Designer

We are looking for a DA - Interior Design to join our team. Candidate must understand designing.

Provide professional consultation to customers through various available décor elements at the home across different categories and help them choose the best; in-line with the décor of their homes.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide a complete solution to customers regarding color, décor, furnishings, understanding their requirements and incorporating existing features of their homes

Work with different aiding tools and technology to help customers choose from the wide range of products to furnish their homes

Willingness to work in a retail environment (AP Homes) and engage with clients across age and income groups for 8.5 hours a day and 6 days in a week

Consult customers by creating a stress free and enjoyable experience

Always follow grooming and etiquette standards while on duty

Develop a healthy working environment for co-workers and effectively contribute in any team-based tasks

Documentation and timely submission of daily reports

Actively take on any task, activity, or project in-line with the store requirements

Discipline in adherence to work timings

software usage for design for DS site and include Fitted furniture in all DS site

Finalization of designing estimates as per rate cards and in consultation with store owner.

Timely collection and immediate reporting of any deviations in pre-decided payment schedule

Qualifications:

BSc or MSc in interior designing/fine arts/creative field. (Min 50% in graduation)

Any graduate with diploma in interior designing. (Min 50% in graduation)

12+ 2years of full-time diploma in interior designing or fine arts. (Min 50% in diploma)

Previous Experience:

Prior work experience as an Interior Designer/Architect is preferable – minimum 1 year, freshers are also allowed.

Functional Competencies:

Ability to learn and work with technology applications & software related to home décor

Orientation towards colour and basic understanding of colour in the home décor space

Fluency in English, Hindi or Regional languages
