Halomax Lighting Solutions Pvt Ltd is a growing lighting solutions company dealing in LED downlighters, profile lights, cove lights, track lights, decorative lights & outdoor lights. We work closely with architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners on premium residential and commercial projects.

Job Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, solution-oriented, and highly responsible Decorative Lighting – Design & Execution Executive who can independently handle both office coordination work and on-site execution responsibilities for decorative lighting projects.

This role is extremely important for us. The candidate will work closely under the BDM – Decorative Lighting and ensure that all backend coordination, site execution, and problem-solving work is properly managed, so that the BDM can focus primarily on sales and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Design Work

• Preparing Decorative Lighting PPT presentations for clients

• Making quotations in Excel

• Coordinating with vendors and internal teams regarding decorative lighting requirements

• Maintaining project records, BOQs, and client data

• Supporting the BDM in day-to-day project coordination

Site Execution & Coordination

• Visiting project sites regularly

• Checking and ensuring proper decorative lighting installation

• Filling site checklists and reporting site progress

• Handling site-level coordination with electricians, contractors, supervisors, and clients

• Solving site-related issues proactively and practically

• Ensuring proper execution and completion of decorative lighting work

• Taking complete ownership and accountability for assigned projects

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience mandatory

• Prior experience in interior design / site execution / project coordination preferred

• Extremely hands-on and solution-oriented personality

• Ability to manage pressure and multiple site-related tasks

• Good communication and coordination skills

Software Skills Required

• PowerPoint

• Excel

• Basic understanding of AutoCAD preferred
