BRIEF ABOUT COMPANY

Halomax Lighting Solutions Pvt Ltd is a lighting solutions company dealing in architectural, decorative, indoor, outdoor, facade and landscape lighting.

We work closely with architects, interior designers, builders and clients to provide lighting solutions for residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a smart, confident and well-organized Interior Designer who can handle both design-related work and client coordination.

The role will involve preparing AutoCAD drawings, making presentations and quotations, attending client/architect meetings, understanding requirements and doing regular follow-ups to move projects forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare AutoCAD drawings as per project requirements.

• Prepare professional PowerPoint/design presentations for clients and architects.

• Prepare accurate lighting quotations based on project requirements.

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable lighting solutions.

• Attend client, architect and interior designer meetings.

• Present lighting concepts, products and quotations confidently.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding quotations, drawings, approvals and orders.

• Coordinate with the sales, design and factory teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Make revisions in drawings and presentations based on client feedback.

• Maintain proper records of drawings, quotations, client requirements and follow-ups.

• Handle multiple projects and enquiries simultaneously.

• Ensure that no important client enquiry or follow-up is missed.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Mandatory:

• AutoCAD

• PowerPoint / Presentations

• Quotation Preparation

• Client Meetings

• Strong Follow-up Skills

• Good communication and presentation skills

Additional Advantage:

• Interior design experience

• Knowledge of lighting products

• MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Basic knowledge of 3D/SketchUp

• Experience dealing with architects and interior designers

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Interior Design graduate/diploma holder preferred.

• Previous experience in interior design, lighting, furniture, modular kitchen, sanitaryware, tiles or other architectural products will be an advantage.

• Should be smart, presentable and confident while meeting clients.

• Should have good communication skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly.

• Must be highly organized and strong in follow-ups.

• Should be proactive and take ownership of assigned enquiries/projects.

• Should be comfortable speaking with clients, architects and interior designers.

• Ability to manage multiple quotations, drawings and client discussions at the same time.

EXPERIENCE

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Freshers with strong AutoCAD skills, good communication and a good design portfolio may also be considered.

LOCATION

Chattarpur, New Delhi

SALARY

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
