The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operational activities at project sites, ensuring that work is executed on time, within quality standards, and according to design and technical drawings.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise all on-site activities for carpentry, electrical, civil, and installation works.Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors to maintain project flow.Read and understand drawings, measurements, and work schedules.Ensure materials reach site on time and maintain proper stock records.Monitor quality of work and ensure adherence to design and safety standards.Provide daily project updates, site photos, and progress reports.Address site issues, escalate critical problems, and ensure timely resolution.Maintain site discipline, timelines, and cleanliness.
