Interior Designer

Position: Architect / Interior Designer 

Location: Kandivali west  

Experience: 1–3 years (Architect / Interior Design experience) 
Gender: Male / Female 
Working Days: 6 Days a Week 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in designing and planning second home projects with focus on functionality and aesthetics. 

• Create detailed drawings, layouts, and working plans using AutoCAD. 

• Work closely with project and sales teams to develop innovative design solutions. 

• Handle interior layouts, material selection, and finishes for residential projects. 

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for smooth execution. 

• Support in presentations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations when required. 

• Ensure all designs comply with building regulations and project guidelines. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design. 

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (developer / interior projects preferred). 

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must. 

• Strong design sense with attention to detail. 

• Good communication and ability to work in a team environment. 

• Passion for real estate and interior design projects.
