Interior Designer

• Client Consultation:

  Engage with clients to understand their vision, needs, budget, and project requirements. 

• Design Conceptualization:

  Develop detailed design concepts, including mood boards, color schemes, material selections, and furniture layouts. 

• Space Planning:

  Create functional and aesthetically pleasing space plans and layouts for both residential and commercial interiors. 

• Technical Drawings:

  Produce 2D and 3D models, floor plans, and technical drawings to visualize design proposals. 

• Material & Furnishing Selection:

  Source and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures (FF&E) for the project. 

• Project Management:

  Manage the entire design process, from concept to completion, including setting timelines, overseeing budgets, and coordinating all aspects of the project. 

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with architects, contractors, engineers, and other specialists to ensure the design's feasibility and proper implementation. 

• Site Visits:

  Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and resolve any issues. 

• Compliance & Safety:

  Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards. 

• Trend Awareness:

  Stay current with industry trends, new materials, and innovative design technologies to incorporate cutting-edge solutions.
