Commercial Interior DesignerJob SummaryWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Commercial Interior Designer to plan, design, and oversee the execution of interior spaces for corporate, retail, hospitality, and other commercial environments. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and experience collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver functional and aesthetically appealing spaces.---Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and present design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and 3D visualizations for commercial interiors (offices, retail, hospitality, etc.).Conduct client consultations to determine functional and aesthetic requirements.Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate project execution.Source materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting suitable for the project and budget.Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation, ensuring adherence to design intent and quality standards.Stay updated on industry trends, sustainability standards, and building codes relevant to commercial interiors.Conduct site visits and supervise installation and fit-out work as required.
