Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Interior Designing

• Understand client requirements and prepare layout plans

• Create 2D drawings, 3D designs, concepts, and material selections

• Present design ideas and revisions based on client feedback

• Coordinate with the site team for site measurements & design execution

• Ensure design quality and project timelines

2. Client Meetings & Coordination

• Attend and conduct client meetings professionally

• Explain designs, BOQs, and quotations clearly

• Provide regular follow-ups and respond to client queries

• Schedule meetings and ensure smooth communication

• Conduct site visits and share project progress updates

3. Sales (Target-Based)

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls

• Understand client needs and pitch suitable interior solutions

• Convert leads into confirmed interior projects

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management

• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business

• Report sales progress and lead status to the management team

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of interior design principles

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar tools (as applicable)

• Excellent communication & presentation skills

• Sales skills with target-oriented mindset

• Ability to multitask and manage clients efficiently

• Good negotiation and closing skills

Education

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Designing (preferred)
