Cad Illustrators is seeking creative and motivated Interior Designers to join our dynamic team. We are open to both recent graduates (freshers) and candidates with 6 months to 1 year of professional experience. Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about interior design and eager to learn and contribute to our projects, focusing solely on software-based project completion.

• Fresher Candidates (Passed out in 2025 preferred):

  • Basic knowledge of design software, such as AutoCAD.

  • Familiarity with the interface of other relevant design software.

  • A strong foundation in design principles and a creative mindset.

• Experienced Candidates (6 months to 1 year):

  • Demonstrated professional experience in interior design.

  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD and other relevant tools.

  • Highly Preferred: Knowledge of 2D and 3D design software.

• All Candidates:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment under a rotational shift.

  • Candidates from non-technical fields (Arts and Commerce) with design passion and software knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities are strictly focused on office-based software work, with no site visits or external tasks. The primary software used is Winner Flex.

General Responsibilities (All Candidates)

• Complete assigned interior design projects using our primary software, Winner Flex.

• Adhere to a rotational shift schedule as assigned by the team manager.

• Contribute creative ideas during project conceptualization.

• Maintain organized digital project files and documentation.

Responsibilities for Freshers (0 Years Experience)

These responsibilities focus on skill development and support within the office environment:

• Learn and apply company design standards and procedures within the designated software.

• Practice and improve proficiency in design software, particularly AutoCAD and Winner Flex.

• Assist in drafting and basic rendering tasks.

• Support senior designers in preparing design presentations and mood boards.

Responsibilities for Experienced Candidates (6 Months – 1 Year Experience)

These responsibilities involve independent task execution and greater project involvement, entirely within the office:

• Develop detailed 2D drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD or Winner Flex.

• Create high-quality 3D models and renderings for client presentations (if proficient in 3D software).

• Manage project timelines and ensure completion deadlines are met.

• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) and finishes based on project requirements.

Training and Compensation

We are committed to developing talent through a structured process.

• Training Period (For Freshers): A structured training program will be provided to help candidates master necessary design skills and software.

• Stipend: A stipend will be provided throughout the training period.

• Payroll: Upon successful completion of the training and a performance review, candidates will be brought onto the company payroll with a competitive salary and benefits package.
