About the Role

The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing technical drawings and 3D visualizations, coordinating with clients and project teams, and ensuring successful project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

• Minimum 1–4 years of professional experience in interior design

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Lumion

• Knowledge of Cohoom is an added advantage

• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and construction details

• Excellent space planning, visualization, and presentation skills

• Strong communication and client management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Experience in site coordination and project execution

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative interior design concepts and presentations

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and 3D visualizations

• Conduct site visits, site measurements, and project inspections

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and execution teams

• Monitor project progress and ensure design quality throughout execution

• Review materials, finishes, and specifications for project requirements

• Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery

• Ensure compliance with project standards and company quality requirements
