Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Interior Designer Lead to join our growing team. This role requires a creative eye, strong leadership abilities, and a keen sense of style to lead interior projects from concept to completion while ensuring client satisfaction and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end interior design projects — from conceptualization to execution
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional needs
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, space plans, 3D visualizations, and detailed drawings
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials and manage project timelines
• Supervise on-site activities, ensuring design intent and quality standards are maintained
• Manage budgets, client communications, and project documentation
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry innovations

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in interior design, preferably with leadership responsibilities
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar
• Strong aesthetic sense with a practical approach to spatial planning
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
• Ability to lead a team, multitask, and work within deadlines
