Job Overview:

Home Interion is looking for a Interior Designer with 4-5 years of experience in both residential and commercial interior design. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, expertise in design execution, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage residential and commercial interior projects from design to execution.

• Develop and present design concepts, space planning, and detailed layouts to clients.

• Prepare floor plans, wall elevations, furniture layouts, and 3D renders.

• Select and source materials, finishes, furniture, and décor as per project requirements.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.

• Oversee site execution, quality control, and adherence to timelines.

• Keep up with trends, innovations, and sustainable design practices.

• Mentor and guide junior designers in the team.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in residential and commercial interior design.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.

• Strong design creativity, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
