Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage residential & commercial projects from design to execution.
Develop and present design concepts, space planning, and detailed layouts to clients.
Candidate must have strong knowledge of 2D detailed working drawings.
Prepare floor plans, wall elevations, furniture layouts, and 3D renders.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and décor as per project requirements.
Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
Oversee site execution, quality control, and adherence to timelines.
Keep up with trends and innovative design practices.
Mentor and guide junior designers in the team.
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in residential interior design.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
Strong design creativity, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
