Job Description

Prepare high quality, innovative and functional design
Go on site visits to meet clients
Source raw materials and products

Design Planning:
Conceptualizing, sketching, and creating detailed design plans for both residential and commercial spaces.
Client Collaboration:
Meeting with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and translating those into design concepts.
Material Sourcing and Budgeting:
Researching and selecting materials, furniture, and fixtures, while managing project costs and budgets.
Project Management:
Creating timelines, coordinating with contractors, and overseeing construction to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
Blueprint Interpretation:
Reading, understanding, and potentially editing blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of design plans.
Code Compliance:
Ensuring designs adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.
Communication:
Effectively communicating design concepts, specifications, and project progress to clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
