Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Conceptualization:

➢

Develop innovative and functional design concepts for modular kitchens and wardrobes tailored to client preferences and lifestyle.

➢

Create detailed 2D and 3D design presentations using advanced design software.

➢

Ensure designs align with brand aesthetics, modern trends, and ergonomic standards.

2. Client Collaboration & Lead Handling:

➢

Engage with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints.

➢

Provide expert advice on design possibilities, material choices, color schemes, and spatial arrangements.

➢

Present design concepts, mood boards, and material samples effectively to gain client approval.

➢

Connect with the lead received and understand their requirement

➢

Studio explanation and enhance client experience

3. Space Planning & Material Selection:

➢

Develop detailed layouts and technical drawings that optimize space utilization while maintaining design integrity.

➢

Select appropriate materials, finishes, fittings, and accessories that enhance the design and meet durability standards.

4. Project Management:

➢

Oversee the design process from conceptualization to installation, ensuring projects are completed within timelines .

➢

Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers, production, and installation teams, to streamline workflows.

➢

Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and being one POC for client

5. Site Supervision:

➢

Conduct site visits to assess design implementation, quality standards, and compliance with design specifications.

➢

Address design-related issues on-site and provide practical solutions to maintain design intent

➢

Ensure that installations meet brand quality standards and client expectations.

6. Trend Analysis & Innovation:

➢

Keep abreast of global design trends, materials, technologies, and competitive products in the modular kitchen and wardrobe segment.

➢

Bring fresh ideas and innovative design solutions to enhance product offerings and design services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.

•

Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in interior design, with a focus on modular kitchens and wardrobes. Experience in premium or luxury segments will be an advantage.

•

Design Proficiency:

o

Advanced knowledge of design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.

o

Proficiency in rendering and visualization tools to create realistic design presentations.

•

Technical Knowledge:

o

Strong understanding of modular systems, carpentry, and installation techniques.

o

Familiarity with different materials, hardware, and modern kitchen and wardrobe accessories.

•

Project Management:

o

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design quality and meeting deadlines.

o

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

•

Soft Skills:

o

Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.

o

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt designs to on-site challenges.

o

Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to work
