Interior Designer

Job Title: Designer – Design & Sales (Junior / Executive)

Location: Noida-On-site

Employment Type: Full-time / Internship-to-Full-time

We are seeking a motivated Interior Designer who can handle both design development and client coordination/sales support. The role requires creating drawings, concepts, and presentations, along with confidently interacting with clients, handling leads, and supporting project closures.

Key Responsibilities

Design

1. Prepare 2D drawings: floor plans, furniture layouts, electrical & lighting, false ceiling plans

2. Assist in working drawings / GFC drawings

3. Develop design concepts and mood boards

4. Create client presentations (PPT/Canva)

5. Support space planning and design revisions

6. Coordinate with site teams for design clarifications

Sales & Client Coordination

1. Handle incoming leads and enquiry calls

2. Understand client requirements and explain services

3. Schedule site visits, meetings, and follow-ups

4. Assist in proposals and design discussions

5. Maintain lead follow-ups and support closures

Skills & Qualifications

1. Degree/Diploma in Interior Design

2. Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

3. Working knowledge of SketchUp / 3Ds Max / Photoshop (preferred)

4. Good communication skills in English & Hindi

5. Confidence in client interaction and follow-ups

6. Organized, proactive, and willing to learn sales aspects
