Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interior / Furniture Production Designer responsible for preparing detailed production drawings, coordinating with factory and site teams, and ensuring accurate execution of custom and modular furniture designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed production drawings for modular and custom furniture

• Prepare carpentry, joinery, and hardware detail drawings for execution

• Coordinate with factory, production, and site teams for smooth workflow

• Review material specifications, finishes, and execution detailing

• Ensure drawings align with technical & execution standards

• Support design teams in resolving technical design queries during production

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of modular and custom furniture systems

• Expertise in detailed joinery and carpentry drawings

• Understanding of hardware selection and integration

• Familiarity with materials, finishes, and execution processes

• Ability to read and interpret production & technical drawings

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

• Knowledge of SketchUp or other 3D software (preferred)

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, or relevant field

• Minimum experience preferred in furniture production drawings or modular furniture execution

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
