Job Description

We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our team at Creative Proptech Private Limited to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Visiting different Properties in a day
Taking Measurements and Photographs of Property Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.
Submitting Report to Back Office Team
Coordinating with Technical Officers for queries in cases.
Quality Check / Inspection of Civil work done in completed Flats / house / Shops for Doors, Windows, Flooring, Plumbing, Finishing etc

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
