Exterior Site Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee facade installation activities and ensure smooth project execution at site. The role involves coordinating manpower, materials, and site activities while ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

• Receive approved drawings, daily targets and work instructions from the Project Team.

• Plan and coordinate daily manpower, materials, tools, equipment, crane movements and material shifting.

• Ensure site readiness, including safety arrangements, material availability and work access.

• Supervise facade installation works including curtain wall, cladding, glazing and aluminium systems.

• Guide workers and subcontractors to ensure execution as per approved drawings and project specifications.

• Monitor work quality, finishing standards and compliance with safety regulations.

• Identify site issues and coordinate with the Site Engineer/Project Manager for timely resolution.

• Track material consumption, labour attendance, manpower deployment and daily project progress.

• Prepare and submit daily progress reports and coordinate upcoming activities.

• Prepare, maintain and submit required site documentation, including Delivery Challans, MAS, MIR, WIR, Work Permits, Gate Passes, Daily Progress Reports and other project documents.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants and the Project Team for document approvals, compliance and proper record keeping.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
