Estimation Engineer

We are looking for an Estimation Engineer to join our team at Sobha Limited (division: Interiors) to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹80,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• 5–15 years of experience in estimation and costing for interior fit-out, furnishing, and turnkey projects.

• Expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, budgeting, tendering, and cost analysis.

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, furniture, joinery, finishes, and execution processes.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is B.Tech/ B.E in Civil / Mechanical Engineering and 5- 15 years of experience in construction, interior fit outs, furnishing.
