Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural working drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
Revise drawings based on design changes and site conditions.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site teams.
Ensure drawings comply with building bye-laws and project standards.
Maintain drawing documentation and version control.
Support approval drawings and tender documentation.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Knowledge of building construction methods and materials.
Basic understanding of building bye-laws and regulations.
Good coordination and communication skills.
