Role Overview

We are seeking a Draughtsman / Junior Architect (Civil Diploma Holder) to join our project and design team in Delhi NCR. This role combines technical drawing expertise with on-site coordination, supporting both engineering and sales teams in project execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AutoCAD drafting and a willingness to conduct field surveys and site assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• CAD Drawing Preparation: Create and modify technical drawings for civil works, lift shaft layouts, and installation prerequisites.

• Site Review & Coordination: Visit project sites to verify civil readiness and support site engineers in lift installation pre-requisites.

• Field Surveys: Undertake measurements and site surveys to gather data for design and sales teams.

• Technical Documentation: Assist in preparing BOQs, reports, and project documentation as needed.

• Cross-Team Support: Coordinate with sales and installation teams to ensure site data and drawings are accurate and up-to-date.

• Quality Checks: Help ensure compliance with design and safety standards at project sites.

Who Should Apply

• Diploma holders in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.

• Candidates with at least 6 months of hands-on experience in CAD drafting, site coordination, or technical surveying.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and reading civil/architectural drawings.

• Willingness to travel for field/site work in the NCR region.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting elevator, infrastructure, or construction projects.

• Ability to multitask between office and site-based assignments.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation

• Up to ₹15,000 per month (commensurate with skills and experience).
