Draftsman Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD.

• Convert sketches and conceptual designs into accurate working drawings.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams for technical details and revisions.

• Ensure all drawings adhere to architectural standards, codes, and client requirements.

• Prepare presentation drawings and as-built drawings as required.

• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and version control.

• Assist in preparing 3D views, layouts, and material details if required.

• Support design team in preparing municipal submission drawings and construction documentation.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential); knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / Photoshop is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and building design principles.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Attention to accuracy and detail in drawing work.

Preferred Background:

• Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

• Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional building projects.
