Draftsman Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.

• Develop 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or other design software.

• Prepare working drawings, detailing, and material specifications.

• Source materials and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.

• Conduct site visits and supervise work to ensure execution as per approved designs.

• Interact with clients to understand their requirements, style preferences, and feedback.

• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and budget guidelines during project execution.
