Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) and sometimes BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of engineering/architectural drafting techniques, engineering principles, and materials.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy in producing technical drawings.
Communication: Ability to work well in teams and interpret complex instructions.
Education/Experience: Associate’s degree or professional certification in drafting/technical design is common, though not always required. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
