Draftsman Architect

Drafting & Drawing Preparation · Prepare 2D detailed drawings and 3D models as per inputs from design engineers. · Develop GA (General Arrangement) drawings for machines and assemblies. · Prepare and update BOMs for production and procurement. · Ensure drawings follow standard drafting practices and revision control. Assembly SOP & QC Support · Prepare assembly SOP drawings and step-by-step assembly documentation. · Support quality control documentation and inspection drawings. · Assist in standardization of drawings for production repeatability. Machine Series & Project Support · Support Premium Series machines such as MAC 3000 / MAC 4000. · Support Robotic Series machines such as 6000 / 9000 series. · Modify and update drawings based on model-wise configurations. R&D & Redesign Support · Support vibrator redesign projects with focus on life improvement (4–5 years target). · Assist in preparing drawings for design modifications and improvements. · Support testing and analysis documentation under engineer guidance. Coordination & Engineering Support · Coordinate with Design, Production, and QC teams for drawing clarifications. · Support implementation of design changes during manufacturing. · Assist in technical documentation and drawing audits. Skills & Technical Competencies · Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks / Creo preferred). · Good understanding of mechanical drawings, tolerances, and fits. · Experience in GA drawings, BOM preparation, and assembly drawings. · Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and QC requirements. · Ability to follow engineering instructions accurately and systematically.
