Diploma/Degree Architect

We are looking for a Diploma/Degree Architect to join our team at Shree Hari Realty to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with society, govt. authority, vendors and clients. Complete Redevelopment end to end knowledge with execution experience. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹50000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.

• Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

• Meeting with society members, required procedures and compliance for Redevelopment, liaison architect, contractor, consultants,

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble, having experience in redevelopment of society under any SRA, BMC, MHADA, CIDCO... with extensive knowledge.
