Architect – Job Profile

Position: Architect / Interior Designer
Location: Kolhapur, Maharashtra
Project Locations: Primarily Pune region, with projects in Kolhapur and nearby areas.

About the Role

We are looking for a disciplined, passionate, and dedicated Architect to join our team and handle architectural and interior design projects. The role involves design development, technical detailing, site coordination, and execution support across residential, commercial, institutional, and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and developing architectural and interior layouts.

• Preparing concept plans, detailed plans, elevations, sections, and technical working drawings.

• Conducting site analysis, measurements, site visits, and coordination during project execution.

• Preparing and reviewing 2D and 3D drawings/models.

• Developing interior design proposals and detailed interior drawings.

• Preparing technical details for furniture, partitions, ceilings, finishes, and other interior components.

• Coordinating with structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

• Understanding and interpreting RCC/structural drawings and integrating them with architectural drawings.

• Assisting in material selection and ensuring suitability of building materials and construction technologies.

• Ensuring drawings and execution are in line with design intent, specifications, and site conditions.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of architectural planning and interior design.

• Good understanding of building materials, finishes, construction methods, and current building technologies.

• Ability to prepare detailed technical and working drawings independently.

• Understanding of RCC and structural drawings.

• Experience in interior design projects will be preferred.

• Proficiency in preparing 2D and 3D drawings and presentation drawings.

• Knowledge of technical detailing and execution drawings.

• Good communication, coordination, and site-handling skills.

Preferred Software Skills

• AutoCAD

• SketchUp

• MS Office
  

Qualification

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent qualification.

Experience

• Freshers with strong technical skills may apply.

• Experience in architectural and interior projects will be an added advantage.
