We are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Studio Equinox to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹50,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Civil & Interior Project execution, in depth knowledge of quality checking, arranging/managing labour teams, billing, tendering /specifications & cost estimation skills desired.
Candidates must be willing to relocate to any remote site (Delhi NCR or any other) location, having experience of innovative construction techniques like hybrid Construction (LGSF, PEB, hybrid steel or precast construction) & capable of handling sites independently preferred. Candidates having experience of Hotels, Hospitals, Industrial, Instutional preferred.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
