Key Responsibilities (Kaam Kya Karna Hoga)

Site Supervision: Rozana site par jaakar kaam ki progress check karna.
Labor Management: Mistri aur labor se schedule ke hisaab se kaam karwana.
Material Tracking: Site par saria, cement, eent (bricks) aur baaki material ka hisaab rakhna aur wastage rokna.
Quality Check: Construction ki quality check karna (jaise plaster, slab casting, aur flooring) taaki koi galti na ho.
Reporting: Rozana ki report office ya senior engineer ko dena.
Safety: Site par safety rules follow karwana.

Requirements (Zaroori Qualities)

Education: 10th pass / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma ya Civil Engineering ke freshers apply kar sakte hain.
Age: Minimum 18 years se upar honi chahiye.
Travel: Aapke paas apni bike/scooter honi chahiye kyunki Faridabad ke different sectors mein visit karna padega.
Skills: • Hardworking hona chahiye (Dhoop aur dhool mein kaam karne se parhez na ho).
- Sincere aur seekhne ki chah (Eagerness to learn civil works).
- Basic calculation aur measurement samajh mein aani chahiye.
Local Knowledge: Faridabad ke raaste aur sectors ki jaankari ek plus point hogi.
