Job Overview

Neev Construction is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor with strong practical knowledge of construction, civil work, interior finishing, and on-site execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing daily site activities, arranging labour, monitoring work quality, and ensuring the timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction, civil, and interior work at project sites.
Possess practical knowledge of brickwork, levelling, steelwork, tiles, POP, stonework, and interior finishing.
Arrange and manage labour, including masons, tile workers, carpenters, POP workers, and other site workers.
Monitor work progress, quality, measurements, and finishing as per project requirements.
Ensure proper site material planning, availability, storage, and utilisation.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labourers, and project management teams.
Check site levels, dimensions, alignment, and execution of civil work.
Maintain daily site progress updates and report any delays or material requirements.
Ensure proper use of materials, minimise wastage, and maintain site discipline and safety.
Visit project sites as required and ensure work is completed within the given timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven practical experience in construction, civil work, and interior projects.
Strong technical understanding of brickwork, levelling, steel, tiles, POP, stone, and finishing work.
Excellent labour management and site coordination skills.
Knowledge of construction materials, quantities, and site requirements.
Ability to independently handle day-to-day site operations.
Good problem-solving skills and a responsible, hands-on approach.
Candidates residing in or near Dwarka, Delhi, will be preferred.

Salary & Joining

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month.
Salary is negotiable for highly experienced and suitable candidates.
