Job Summary

Pranav Construction Pvt. Ltd. (PCPL) is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction site activities, manage site workers and subcontractors, monitor project progress, maintain material inventory, and ensure compliance with site safety procedures and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors at project sites.

• Monitor daily construction activities and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

• Conduct site inspections to identify safety risks and enforce safety protocols.

• Report and manage on-site accidents in accordance with company policies.

• Maintain records of construction materials, inventory, and site worker attendance.

• Arrange building materials as required and minimize material wastage.

• Ensure construction equipment is functional and properly maintained.

• Monitor worker performance and address disciplinary issues when necessary.

• Review daily site progress and recommend improvements.

• Communicate site updates, issues, and progress reports to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

• Participate in site meetings and coordinate with the project team.
