Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Civil Site Engineer to manage execution of coworking spaces and commercial office interiors. The role requires fast project delivery with high-quality finishing and on-time handover.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution

Mark layouts on-site as per AutoCAD drawings.

Supervise finishing works:

Glass, aluminum & gypsum partitions

Carpet tiles, vinyl, SPC & vitrified flooring

Grid & gypsum false ceilings

Coordinate with Electrical, HVAC & Fire Fighting teams before closing ceilings/floors.

2. Planning & Vendor Management

Track daily/weekly progress to meet deadlines.

Coordinate carpenters, painters, electricians, AC & glass vendors.

Raise material requests in advance to avoid delays.

3. Quality & Billing

Check line, level, plumb & finishing quality.

Record measurements and verify contractor bills.

Prepare snag list and ensure all defects are cleared before handover.

Requirements

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

3–4 years experience in commercial interiors/office fit-outs

AutoCAD & MS Excel (mandatory)

Knowledge of laminates, veneers, lacquered glass & acoustic panels

Key Skills

Fast and accurate execution

Problem-solving on site

Clear communication with architects & contractors
