Role Purpose
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day execution activities across interior and construction-related projects. The role focuses on ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, timelines, and quality expectations on site.
This is a hands-on, on-ground role suited for someone who understands site realities, coordinates with trades and vendors, and ensures smooth daily progress across work fronts.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily on-site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and instructions
Coordinate with carpenters, fabricators, installers, and other trades on site
Monitor workmanship quality and flag issues for timely correction
Ensure materials are used correctly and wastage is minimised
Support PMC in tracking progress, measurements, and site updates
Maintain basic site records, measurements, and daily work updates
Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and discipline are maintained
Assist in snag identification and rectification during finishing stages
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in site supervision or execution roles
Practical knowledge of interior works, finishes, and basic construction processes
Ability to understand drawings and translate them into on-site execution
Strong coordination skills with labour teams and vendors
Willingness to be present on site and travel across locations as required
Clear communication and problem-solving ability
Familiarity with WhatsApp and basic documentation tools
