Job Title - Project Engineer / Project Manager

Exp. : 2 - 6 years Exp.

Salary : depending on candidates capability & profile

Experience required - 2 years (min.) To 6 years (max) relevant work experience
We are looking to recruit an individual who has hands-on experience with site supervision, vendor management and supervision of progress made on tasks assigned to vendors. Apart from this he will also be required to manage and supervise overall work on site and project deliverables.
Specific experience required in the metal fabrication processes.
Desirable experience in interior/exterior space execution like retail stores, restaurants, hotels, commercial establishments. The person should have domain knowledge on - materials and processes, fixture systems,interior fabrication and production.

Mechanical Engineer
Civil Engineer
Architect
Interior fabricator

Principal accountabilities –
To understand the project scope and plan effectively for all aspects of execution of the same.
Communicate effectively across all levels of the project teams as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise and coordinate with key stakeholders of the project to ensure all deliverables met to schedule. Key
stakeholders include the Design & Engineering team – vendors- client-directors.
Manage and supervise fabrication process at Vendor units as well as implementation & execution on site.

Skills & Qualities
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent supervisory skills (Supervising fabrication at Vendors facilities & implementation on site)

Key responsibilities –
Full ownership of day to day running of the project incl. Coordination with external agencies -
• Daily planning & EOD project review + planning for next day/next week's works
• Planning & executing Mobilising manpower and material
• Anticipating problems and finding solutions
• Executing and managing tasks within time budgeted
• Maintain Safety & 5S in workplace

Work Location : Devanahalli Airport and other location in Bangalore
