Job Title: Site Engineer – Corporate Interior Fit-Out

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (On-Site)

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Experience Level: 0 to 5 years (Open to junior and mid-level candidates)

Job Purpose

We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to manage day-to-day execution, quality control, and sub-contractor coordination for our commercial and corporate office interior projects. You will ensure that site operations progress smoothly, adhere strictly to architectural drawings, and achieve precise finishes within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution: Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities, including gypsum partitions, false ceilings, flooring, carpentry, joinery, and painting.

• Drawing Interpretation: Thoroughly study and execute works according to Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, AutoCAD shop drawings, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs).

• MEP Coordination: Assist and align mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire-fighting service layouts to prevent clashes.

• Vendor & Labor Management: Supervise sub-contractors, allocate tasks daily, verify site measurements, and monitor workforce productivity.

• Material & Safety Control: Monitor material requirements, minimize wastage, and maintain strict site safety, hygiene, and discipline.

• Reporting: Document and share Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and photos with the Project Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.

• Technical Skills: Sound understanding of interior finishing metrics, ability to check levels, read complex layout plans, and utilize AutoCAD.

• Soft Skills: Punctuality, clear communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving attitude on the field.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
