Civil Site Engineer

Position: Billing Engineer

Experience: 4–7 Years

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage client bills, RA bills and final bills for interior/construction projects.

- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis and measurement sheets.

- Verify quantities as per drawings, BOQ and actual site execution.

- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, QS and Accounts team for billing and documentation.

- Prepare client billing and subcontractor/vendor bills.

- Track work progress and maintain proper billing records.

- Check variations, extra items, deductions and reconciliation.

- Prepare MB (Measurement Book) and supporting documents for bills.

- Review drawings and coordinate with the site team for quantity verification.

- Prepare billing MIS and maintain project-wise billing status.

- Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up for approvals and payments.

- Maintain documentation related to work orders, BOQ, invoices and billing certificates.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of interior fit-out/construction billing.

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Good understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, quantity estimation and measurements.

- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Experience in client billing and project documentation will be preferred.

Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma – Civil or relevant qualification.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects, client billing and quantity estimation will be preferred.
