Job Description

  • Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee daily construction activities, labor, and subcontractor operations to keep work aligned with project schedules.

  • Technical Guidance & Setting Out: Perform site surveys, set out levels and dimensions, and interpret architectural, structural, or MEP drawings.

  • Quality Assurance & Control: Conduct regular material and workmanship inspections, run pre- and post-pour or installation checks, and ensure compliance with building codes.

  • Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety regulations, monitor Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use, and address potential hazards.

  • Material & Resource Management: Estimate material quantities, track inventory, coordinate deliveries, and minimize on-site waste.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to resolve technical bottlenecks or design clashes.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, measurement sheets, and as-built records.
