Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise and manage construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, manpower management, material planning, and ensuring that all work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.

• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.

• Manage labour, materials, equipment, and other site resources efficiently.

• Check construction drawings, layouts, dimensions, and site measurements.

• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards.

• Prepare daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and site documentation.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction regulations.

• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

• Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

• Maintain proper records of work completed, materials received, and manpower deployed.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of civil construction and site execution.

• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings.

• Knowledge of construction materials, measurements, and estimation.

• Site supervision and manpower management.

• Quality control and safety management.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word.

Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience: Relevant experience in civil construction, infrastructure, industrial, or EPC projects is preferred.
