Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and verification of RA (Running Account) bills based on actual work completed at site.
Taking accurate site measurements and maintaining proper documentation.
Certification of measurements in coordination with Client, Architect, and PMC.
Preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and active participation in tendering processes.
Performing detailed rate analysis for various items of work.
Monitoring and tracking project costs to ensure strict budget compliance.
Coordination with site teams to ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Reviewing drawings and identifying discrepancies or scope gaps for timely resolution.

Technical Expertise Required

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, including:
- Carpentry & modular furniture
- Civil works (structural, plastering, tiling, flooring, etc.)
- POP (Plaster of Paris) and false ceiling works
- Painting & polishing
- Plumbing & sanitary works
- Electrical systems
- HVAC systems

Project Exposure

Proven experience in handling interior projects across multiple segments:
- Residential
- Commercial offices
- Hotels & hospitality
- Restaurants
- Banks & corporate offices
