• 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of structural drawings, BOQs, and AutoCAD.

• Understanding of interior materials (wood, gypsum, glass, metal, flooring, paint, etc.).

• Ability to coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors.

• Proficiency in project planning, site execution, and quality control.

• Good knowledge of safety standards and local building codes.

• Supervise and execute interior construction works as per drawings & specifications.

• Prepare material requirements and cost estimates.

• Monitor progress, ensure quality control & timely completion.

• Coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams.

• Report daily/weekly progress to management.
