Civil draughtsman

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Civil Engineer to plan, design, execute, and supervise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely completion of projects as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Site execution and supervision of residential / commercial projects

• Reading and implementing architectural & structural drawings

• Planning daily site activities and coordinating with contractors

• Ensuring quality control as per standards and specifications

• Preparing quantity take-offs and material requirements

• Monitoring project progress, timelines, and budgets

• Coordinating with architects, consultants, and vendors

• Ensuring safety standards and site discipline

• Preparing site reports and daily progress updates

• Handling client and inspection authority coordination when required

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering

• 2–5 years of relevant site experience (freshers can apply if required)

• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials

• Ability to read drawings and BOQs

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)

• Strong communication and team coordination skills
