Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Site Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work quality, coordinating with teams, and supporting the smooth execution of construction/interior projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site work and ensure tasks are completed as per drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, vendors, and labor teams.

• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site checklists, and material tracking.

• Verify and measure quantities for RA bills and work certification.

• Ensure the site follows safety, quality standards, and approved drawings.

• Plan and schedule work activities to meet project deadlines.

• Handle material inspection, delivery checking, and inventory at site.

• Identify site-related issues and support in resolving them quickly.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients regarding project updates.

• Monitor finishing works such as civil, tile, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.

📚 Job Requirements

• Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering (or relevant field).

• 1–5 years of experience in construction/interior fit-out projects (freshers can also apply if needed).

• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.

• Good knowledge of BOQ, site measurements, and executing finishing works.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word); basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
