Job Summary:
We are looking for a Civil Engineer/Draughtsman to join our team Sidhi Engicon to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.

2) Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.

3) Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

4) Visit sites all over Odisha and supervise work as per design plans.

5) Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.
6) Address and manage on-site issues as they arise.
7) Coordinate with Manager/Supervisor for efficient workflow and task execution.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma/Graduate with an experience range of 1 to 4 years. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max and more and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
