We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of Civil DraughtsMan.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 6 to 7 years 

Location: Mumbai CST

Salary: 40k to 80k

Job Description: 

 Prepare detailed municipal submission drawings as per local authority norms.  Coordinate with architects and consultants for required documentation.

 Ensure compliance with Development Control Regulations (DCR).

 Handle online and offline submission processes.

 Liaise with municipal authorities for approval follow-ups.

 Modify drawings as per authority observations.

 Maintain approval status records and documentation.

 Support project team in obtaining commencement and occupancy certificates.

Qualifications:  Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture.

 7–10 years of experience in municipal approvals within real estate.

 Strong experience in handling local municipal authorities. Skills Required:

 Expertise in AutoCAD.

 Strong knowledge of local building by-laws.

 Good follow-up & coordination skills.

 Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
