Job Description

Prepare high quality, innovative and functional design
Go on site visits to meet clients

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drafting & Documentation
Prepare accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings: layouts, civil plans, furniture placements, electrical points, plumbing, and ceiling details.

Draft working drawings based on design concepts and site conditions.

Create civil detail drawings (flooring patterns, wall sections, staircase details, etc.).

Update and maintain drawing registers and version control.

2. Site Coordination & As-Built Drawings
Modify drawings as per site measurements or client/engineer feedback.

Prepare as-built drawings post-completion for project handover.

Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to resolve design-related issues.

3. Drawing Quality & Accuracy
Ensure drawing clarity, scale accuracy, and annotation standards.

Follow company CAD standards and drawing protocols.

Check that drawings align with design intent and BOQs.

4. Collaboration
Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers.

Coordinate with MEP draughtsmen and structural consultants where needed.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D optional).

Basic knowledge of civil and interior construction details.

Understanding of materials, finishes, and fit-out joineries.

Good drafting speed and attention to detail.

Ability to interpret architectural drawings and site inputs.
