Job Description: Junior Officer — Civil (Stadium) Reporting to: Assistant Manager Desired Qualification & Experience: Must hold a diploma in Draftsman Civil with minimum 6 years of experience in design and drawing of civil structures

Role: Assist the immediate supervisor of Civil Engineering Department to draft all drawings and designs of Civil Engineering works in KSCA and Clubhouse

Responsibilities 1. Prepare the visual representations of the structures 2. Review rough sketches, blueprints, photo graphs, layout plans, drawings prepared during survey 3. Assist Engineers during field survey, inspections or technical investigations to obtain data required to revise construction drawings 4. Coordinate with architects, consultants for drawing and designing of various civil structures as directed by assistant engineers 5. Prepare drawings of various civil works as directed by assistant engineer, using computer aided design (AutoCAD)tools or other software or by hand using drafting tools 6. Present the drawings to reporting manager and make changes as suggested 7. Calculate weights, volumes and stress factors and their implications for the technical aspects of the designs 8. Maintain all the drawings and designs for all civil works in KSCA as per the respective work code assigned to the projects 9. Keep the drawings safe for the period as desired by the management 10. Be available for any other works delegated by Assistant Manager during tournaments
