Job Summary:
We are seeking a Diploma/Civil Engineer with strong experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, costing, and project documentation. The role involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and tender documentation.

• Review construction drawings and specifications for quantity take-offs.

• Maintain project reports, progress documentation, and site correspondence.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for pricing and clarifications.

• Support project planning, billing, and quality documentation.

• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and approved drawings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost analysis.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity calculation software (e.g., PlanSwift, CostX, etc. if applicable).

• Understanding of construction methods and materials.

• Good documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Salary: As per industry standards
