Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end property assessment and drafting activities by conducting site inspections for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Collecting and verifying property documents.
Analyzing market data for valuation.
Preparing detailed valuation reports as per regulatory standards.
Coordinating with clients, banks, and internal teams.
Developing accurate 2D drawings, layouts, and building plans using AutoCAD.
Converting site measurements into technical drawings, incorporating revisions, and maintaining proper documentation.
Qualification:
B.E.Civil Engineer/ Diploma Civil Engineer
Fresher or experience upto 1 year
